About Flower Mound
Flower Mound is named for a 12.5-acre mound in the town’s center that rises 50 feet above the surrounding land. This prominent landmark has never been plowed, retaining its native Blackland Prairie grasses and vibrant wildflowers.
To get to the airport Flower Mound is extremely close to DFW Airport. From our office, take FM 2499 S to TX-121 S to reach Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) in approximately 10-15 minutes.
